We invite our Canterbury Westland members to join us for a spectacular evening celebrating the civil industry and all that work in it. The 2023 Contractor of the Year Awards will be held at the impressive Te Pae Convention Centre in the heart of Christchurch with a sustainability theme.
- When: 6:30pm - 11:30pm Friday 10th November, 2023
- Where: Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, 188 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch
- Cost: Tickets are $150 (+GST) and include a three course meal, drinks for the evening, and a live band.
- Theme: Sustainability, be sure to rock a little bit of green!
- Dress Code: Black Tie Event (please, no jeans to be worn)

Tables seat 10 - if you wish to purchase a table, please register adding all 10 people or TBC if you do not know who will be attending yet.

When registering for an event, please ensure you complete all the steps below. Once you have successfully registered you will be sent a confirmation email, including the attendees you registered on behalf of.

- Add yourself, and any other people who will be attending the event with you, don’t forget top click the + Add Attendee button.
- Attendees will be added to the “Attendees Being Booked” table at the bottom of the screen

All prices are exclusive of GST and in New Zealand dollars.
Full payment will be required on receipt of confirmation and invoice.
Cancellation: if you need to cancel: If written notification is received prior to 10 September 2023, 50 per cent of your investment will be refunded. After 10 September 2023 no refunds will be made.
Force Majeure: In the event a pandemic, strike, fire, war, government regulation, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or Act of God should render the event execution impossible or the venue, in which the 2023 CCNZ Canterbury Westland Awards Dinner has been scheduled, unusable, refunds of payments may only be distributed once the event organiser has officially declared in writing that the event has been cancelled.
Cancellation of Event: If the event is cancelled because of the Force Majeure Event then the attendee may choose, by written notice to the Event Organiser within 5 business days of its receipt of notification of the Force Majeure Event to either: 1. Apply the booking contribution to the next annual event scheduled by The Event Organiser, and the attendee shall have the same rights in respect of such subsequent Event; or 2. Not apply the contribution to the next event but rather terminate the registartion, in which case The Event Organiser shall refund an amount equal to 50% of the contribution already paid to The Event Organiser by the attendee, within 30 days of the originally scheduled date for the Event, and the balance will be retained by The Event Organiser as a handling fee. Should Sponsor fail to notify The Event Organiser of its choice within said 5 business days, then 2. shall apply by default.
